Big antique Chinese brick lamp

Antique decorative, rectangular bricks from old Chinese house, made into a lamp. Very heavy quality!
The brick comes from the roof of an old Chinese house in Shanxi province. Every brick is slightly different, but most have a depiction of a flower on the front and back.
The brick itself is hollow, but very sturdy. Shanxi has a centuries old tradition in brick sculpture with which houses in that province were adorned. These bricks were probably part of the central roof ridge adornments of a family compound.

On the first picture, the size of the RECTANGULAR shade is 60/20/23. Colour is New Oyster.
