Elegant brown rice wine bottle

Old orange/brown rice wine bottle, often called a “Tiger Whiskey” bottle. These containers were exported in great quantities in de 19th century, filled with rice wine (maotai), and closed with corks. Round body, slim neck and wider opening. Very elegant shape and decorated with raised Chinese characters (maker’s name).
