Old Indonesian water pot planter – XL

Old earthenware planter from Indonesia.
The cement layer on the outside is separately applied by the original user. Sometimes multiple layers of cement are applied over time.
Because this process is separate from the baking process of the earthenware pot, parts of these layers of cement can dry out and become loose over time. This is a normal and acceptable part of the pot.
We therefor do not recommend to use these pots outside.

These pots can be used as in-door planters. We do recommend to use a waterproof lining inside the pot before filling it up with earth.
