Heavy brown glazed antique water pots decorated with line patterns. Chinese brown glazed storage jars like these originate in China and Indochina and date to the late 19th century and early 20th century. They were used for storing rice wine, water & fermented food.
These water pots can be used indoors or outdoors as decorative pottery or planters. We do recommend to take precautions for winter weather. At The Silk Road Collection, we can turn all old Chinese pots into rustic table lamps. We also have a large selection of complementing handmade lampshades in stock, in various shapes, sizes and colours.
