Casa El Rey, a serene, design-led ground-floor apartment located in the exclusive Alcazaba Lagoon community in Estepona, Spain. Carefully curated and layered with our decoration pieces, this two-bedroom corner unit offers timeless Mediterranean charm with a global soul.
A Personal Project with a Regal Twist
The name El Rey — meaning The King — is a heartfelt nod to the surname of owner Sylvie Van Hootegem’s husband (De Koninck). The apartment reflects that same personal attention: every choice, from furnishings to decorative touches, tells a story of quality and care.
Flooded with natural light from three sides, the spacious layout opens up to a generous private terrace and landscaped garden, perfect for slow mornings and golden hour gatherings.
